| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je míra vlivu organizační struktury na ekonomickou strukturu podniku. Práce se primárně zabývá změnou organizační struktury v konkrétní firmě a jejími dopady na ekonomickou strukturu. Cílem práce je tyto dopady zhodnotit a na základě toho odpovědět na otázku, zdali na podobu vhodné ekonomické struktury podniku působí primárně organizační struktura, nebo je ovlivňována i jinými významnými faktory. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the diploma thesis is to analyse the influence of an organizational structure on an economic structure of an organization. The theoretical part summarises basic features of responsibility accounting and tries to find out whether the economic structure is determined only by the organizational structure or by more features. The case of a change of the particular company´s organizational structure proves the influence of the organizational structure on the economic structure in practical part. |
