| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o., za roky 2011 až 2015, porovnat vybrané ukazatele s konkurenční společností, zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti a následně poskytnout doporučení pro finanční řízení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první část je metodická, v níž jsou teoreticky představeny jednotlivé metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány v druhé části práce. Druhá, praktická, část se skládá ze samotné finanční analýzy společnosti ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. Tato část obsahuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu, výpočty poměrových ukazatelů a bankrotní a bonitní modely. V průběhu práce jsou vybrané poměrové ukazatele a bankrotní a bonitní modely porovnávány též s konkurenční společností Teta drogerie a lékárny ČR, s. r. o. Praktickou část zakončuje SWOT analýza, po které následuje závěr shrnující výsledky finanční analýzy a možná doporučení pro budoucí finanční řízení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. for the period 2011-2015, compare selected financial indicators with a competing company, evaluate its financial health and subsequently provide recommendations for financial management. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is methodological, where the various methods and indicators of financial analysis, which are subsequently applied in the second part of the thesis, are theoretically presented. The second part, practical part consists of the financial analysis of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. This part contains horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of financial ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the course of the thesis the selected ratios and bankruptcy and creditworthy models are also compared with the competing company Teta drogerie a lékárny ČR, s. r. o. The practical part ends with the SWOT analysis, followed by a conclusion summarizing the results of the financial analysis and possible recommendations for future financial management. |
