| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se soustředí na konstrukční prvky, jejich určení, existenci v rámci pojistných produktů a vliv při sjednání pojištění na možnost pojistitelnosti rizik, pojistná plnění a výši pojistného. Úvodem bakalářské práce je vysvětlena podstata pojištění. Druhá a třetí kapitola se věnují definování pojmů, které jsou jádrem problematiky řešené v této bakalářské práci. V subkapitolách druhé kapitoly si popíšeme nejen pojem pojistný produkt, nahlédneme i na jeho možnosti členění, kde detailněji popíšeme členění dle předmětu pojištění a poslední subkapitola nás seznámí se zákonem stanovenými náležitostmi nutnými pro uzavření pojištění za účelem čerpání pojistné ochrany. Následující čtvrtá a pátá kapitola se věnují výskytu a vlivu konstrukčních prvků v pojistných produktech Generali Pojišťovny a.s. Ve čtvrté kapitole bude popsán a analyzován výskyt pojistných prvků ve vybraných pojistných produktech, které budou v následující páté kapitole předmětem komparace a zkoumání jejich významu na vliv. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky o konstrukčních prvcích a doporučení jejich využití (výběru a volby) při sjednání pojištění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with construction elements, their definition, existence in insurance products and their influence on possibility risks´ insurability, indemnity and premium amount. In the introduction of this thesis, the fundamentals of insurance are explained. Second and third chapter deal with defining the terms, that are the core of the issues raised in this thesis. In the subchapters of the second chapter, the term of insurance product will be described, including possibilities of its structuring by the subject of insurance and the last subchapter introduces us law given terms needed for insurance arranging in order to benefit from insurance coverage. Fourth and fifth chapter deal with occurence and influence of construction elements in insurance products of Generali Pojišťovna a.s. The fourth chapter describes and analyzes occurence of insurance elements in selected insurance products, that will be the subject of comparison and research of their importance in the following chapter. In the conclusion, information about construction elements are summarized and recommendations are given for their utilization (selection and choice) when arranging insurance. |
