| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti VAPOS, spol. s r. o., a zhodnotit její celkovou finanční situaci za roky 2010 - 2015. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - metodické a praktické. V metodické části jsou vymezeny a popsány metody finanční analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Praktická část tedy obsahuje samotnou finanční analýzu, která obsahuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele, bankrotní a bonitní modely a doplňkovou analýzu. Hodnoty vybraných poměrových ukazatelů jsou porovnávány s průměrnými hodnotami za odvětví. Praktická část mimo jiné obsahuje základní informace o podniku a popis historie firmy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company VAPOS, spol. s r. o., and evaluate its overall financial situation for the period 2010 - 2015. The thesis is divided into two parts - methodological and practical. In the methodological part, there are determined and described methods of the financial analysis, which are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part contains the financial analysis of the company itself, which includes horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, bankruptcy and creditworthy models and additional analysis. Moreover, values of selected financial ratios are compared to average values of industry. The practical part also includes also basic information about the company and description of the history. |
