| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou krizových událostí roku 1998 a 2014 v Rusku. Práce je koncipována tak, že se komparace provádí s ohledem na vývoj hospodářství a s vymezením hlavních problémů ekonomického modelu, jež následně byly zařazeny mezi předpoklady těchto krizí. Práce je důležitá především z hlediska pochopení podstaty problémů ekonomiky v různých časových obdobích a jejích následné komparace. Odpovídá na otázku, udělalo-li Rusko jakýsi pokrok za doby své existence a změnil-li se přístup vlády k ekonomickému plánování a určení priorit rozvoje. Cílem práce je provedení komplexní analýzy každého případu s přihlédnutím k vývoji ekonomiky a jejích následná komparace na základě znalostí získaných v průběhu vypracování práce. V prvních kapitolách je k nahlédnutí teoretický pohled na problém krizí. Dále následuje analýza ekonomiky státu v předkrizových obdobích a podrobné zkoumání každé krize. Práce rozsáhle pracuje s daty za období 1992-2015 pomocí grafické, korelační a regresní analýzy. V závěrečných částech práce uvádím vlastně porovnání s roztříděním charakteristických rysů obou událostí do shodných a odlišných, dále jsou k dispozici i vlastní doporučení ohledně budoucího vývoje. Výsledkem práce je závěr, že Rusko pořád zažívá strukturální problémy v ekonomice a uplynutím času se jenom změnil jejích charakter. V obou případech se právě celkový ekonomický model, který se formoval několik let za sebou, jevil jako hlavní předpoklad pro porušení stability. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two crisis events in 1998 and 2014 in Russia. The thesis is designed in such a way that the comparison is carried out considering the evolution of the economy with defining the main problems of the economic model, which were then included in the assumptions of these crises. The work is particularly important in terms of understanding the essence of economic problems in different time periods and their subsequent comparison. It answers the question if Russia has made some progress during its existence and if the government's approach to economic planning and development priorities has changed. The aim of the thesis is to carry out a complex analysis of each case considering the evolution of the economy and their subsequent comparison based on the knowledge gained during the elaboration of the work. The first chapters contain a theoretical view on the crisis issue. Next parts include the analysis of the state economy in pre-crisis periods and detailed research of each crisis. The thesis works extensively with the data for the period 1992-2015 by means of graphic, correlation and regression analysis. In the final parts of my work I present the comparison with the classification of the characteristics of the two events to the same and different ones and provide my own recommendations regarding the future development. The result of the thesis is the conclusion that Russia is still experiencing structural problems in the economy and with the passing of time it has only changed their character. In both cases, the overall economic model, which has been formed for several years in a row, seemed to be the main prerequisite for a breach of stability. |
