| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nové trendy přicházející do světa financí a na jejich dopad na současné jediné velké hráče na trhu a těmi jsou banky. Pozornost je věnována několika nejdůležitějším trendům, jako jsou digitalizace, komoditizace, globalizace a uberizace. Dále je práce soustředěna na regulatorní předpisy, které vznikají a přímo souvisí s chodem bank. V další části je pozornost věnována rozboru finanční výkonnosti současných bank na území České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aim is to introduce, define and categorize new trends reaching a global finance World and assess and evaluate their impact on banking sector as a logical conglomerate of large market players. A key focus is paid on several recently appearing important trends such as digitalization, commoditization, globalization and uberization. Additionally; further objective targets emerging regulatory requirements directly related to overall banking industry. A final section analyses financial performance of banks registered in the Czech Republic. |
