| Abstract: | Táto bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zjištění finančního zdraví společnosti ROSSMANN, s r. o. v letech 2010 až 2015. Jejím cílem je provést finanční analýzu podniku, ocenit její finanční situaci a sestavit prognózu budoucího vývoje.
Po krátkém představení společnosti popisuji historii a specifika hospodaření sledovaného podniku a jeho hlavních konkurentů na českém trhu drogerií: dm drogerie markt, spol. s r. o. a TETA drogerie a lékárny ČR, spol. s r. o. Pomocí finanční analýzy zjišťuji, že finanční zdraví podniku je ohroženo nevýznamně, doporučila bych zlepšit ukazatelé likvidity a zadluženosti, které mají velký vliv na finanční situaci. Na základě provedené analýzy je také vytvořen krátkodobý plán na rok 2016, kde odhaduji zisk ve výši 23 178 tis. korun. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on an assessment of the financial health of ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. in the years 2010-2015. Its aim is to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate financial situation and prepare forecasts of future development of the company.
After a short introduction to company's history, I describe specifics of performance of the company and its main competitors on the Czech market: dm drogerie mark, spol. s r. o. and TETA drogerie a lékárny ČR, spol. s r. o. According to the results of analysis I can judge that the financial health of the company is not significantly threatened. My suggestion is to improve the liquidity ratios and indebtedness indexes, as they have the biggest impact on the company's financial situation. In addition to the analysis a short-term plan for the year 2016 is created, where the company's profit for the next year is estimated at 23,178 thousand CZK. |
