| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou akciového titulu Tesla Inc. (TSLA). Výstupem práce bylo rozhodnutí, zda je titul na trhu podhodnocený, nadhodnocený či na úrovni vnitřní hodnoty. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle a formulaci investičního doporučení, jsem provedl analýzu na třech úrovních. Globální analýza se zabývá vlivem makroekonomických ukazatelů na akciový titul na trhu Spojených států. Odvětvová analýza mapuje prostředí trhu s elektromobily a jeho směřování do budoucna. Závěrem je provedena firemní analýza, ve které je pro ocenění použit Free-Cash-Flow-to-Firm model. V neposlední řadě jsou použity i historické modely ocenění pro potvrzení dosažených závěrů. |

| Abstract: | In my bachelor thesis, I worked on an analysis of Tesla Inc. (TSLA). The output was to decide whether the stock is undervalued, overvalued or at the level of its intrinsic value. In order to fulfill this objective and provide an investment recommendation I performed analysis from three perspectives. Global macro analysis was focused on the influence of macroeconomic variable on the stock and US capital market. Sector analysis was run deeply into market structure of electric vehicles to evaluate its potential in the future. Finally, fundamental analysis on the corporate level was done using Free-Cash-Flow-to-Firm method. Last, but not least I performed valuation using historical models in order to confirm my conclusion. |
