| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza kapitálové struktury z hlediska země vlastnictví. Podkladem pro analýzu je vzorek společností skládající se ze dvou skupin. První skupinu představuje 100 společností se zahraničním vlastnictvím, druhou skupinu představuje 100 společností s českým vlastnictvím. Analýza je především zaměřena na zkoumání ukazatelů zadluženosti, skladby jednotlivých části kapitálové struktury a další faktory ovlivňující strukturu kapitálu. Z výsledků analýz vyplynulo, že i přes určité rozdíly mezi jednotlivými ukazateli zásadní rozdíl ve struktuře kapitálu nebyl vypozorován. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the capital structute in terms of country of ownership. The foundation of the analysis is the sample of companies which are devided into two groups. While in the first group there are 100 companies with foreign ownership, the second group contains 100 companies with czech ownership. The main focus of the analysis is an examination of debt indicators, structure of own and foreign capital and other factors which affect the capital structure are being examined. Results of the analysis showed, that despite differences in some indicators, no essentian differences in capital structure were observed. |
