| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou a užitím systému plánů a rozpočtů v kontextu hodnotového řízení podniku. V práci je probrána teorie plánování a rozpočtování, způsoby užití tohoto systému v praxi a také nedostatky a omezení klasických přístupů k této činnosti. Tyto poznatky jsou pak uplatněny v praktické části, kde je zhodnocen současný přístup podniku k této problematice, na jehož základě jsou navrženy změny tak, aby co nejlépe odstranily jeho případné nedostatky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of creation and use of plans and budgets in the context of value based business management. A theory of planning, budgeting and means of using this system in practice are reviewed. These findings are then applied in the second part of the thesis. The evaluation of planning and budgeting system of a real company has been conducted and the performance of the system discussed. Based on this, suggestions for the improvement budgeting and planning of the real company has been made to remove its drawbacks in the best way possible. |
