| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou regulace a dohledu nad bankami v Bělorusku. Hlavním cílem je charakteristika systému dohledu a regulace v Běloruské republice, jeho základní vlastnosti a rysy, aktuální situace bankovního sektoru v kontextu regulace. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje základní pojmy regulace a dohledu. Druhá část popisuje historický vývoj dohledu a regulace v kostce na území Běloruska. Třetí kapitola je věnována současnému stavu regulatorního systému v Běloruské republice. Obsahem závěru je shrnutí získaných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on issues of regulation and supervision of banks in Belarus. The main objective is the characterization of the supervision and regulation system in the Republic of Belarus, its basic features and attributes, the current situation of the banking sector in the context of regulation. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first one contains the basic concepts of regulation and supervision. The second part describes the historical development of supervision and regulation in epitome in the territory of Belarus. The third chapter is devoted to the current state of the regulatory system in the Republic of Belarus. The content of the conclusion is a summary of the acquired knowledge. |
