| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu společnosti S&T CZ s. r. o., jejíž hlavním předmětem činnosti je podpora a poskytování software a poradenství v oblasti informačních technologií. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví této společnosti na základě veřejně dostupných dat mezi lety 2011 a 2015.
V metodické části jsou vymezeny ukazatele a shrnuty postupy, které jsou posléze využity v části analytické. Analytická část práce se zabývá horizontální a vertikální analýzou, komentuje výsledky poměrových ukazatelů, s pomocí bankrotních a bonitních modelů zhodnocuje celkovou finanční situaci. V neposlední řadě je na základě provedené finanční analýzy sestaven krátkodobý finanční plán, prognózující budoucí vývoj společnosti v roce 2016. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of S&T CZ s. r. o., whose main business activities are promotion and provision of software and consultancy in a field of information technology. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company based on publicly available data between years 2011 and 2015.
All the indicators defined in the methodological part will be used in the analytical chapter, which contains horizontal and vertical analysis, commented results of the ratio indicators, and also bankruptcy and creditworthy models, which show the overall financial situation of the company. Finally, on the basis of the processed financial analysis, a short-term financial plan is drawn up for the following year 2016. |
