| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu akcie společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko, a. s. obchodovatelné na Burze cenných papírů Praha z pohledu fundamentálního modelu. Ve třech kapitolách této práce bude akcie společnosti analyzovaná ze tří úrovní fundamentální analýzy (globální, odvětvové a firemní) a na závěr každé úrovně budou dosažené výsledky popsány a ohodnoceny. Jako součást poslední, třetí kapitoly bude provedena i finanční analýza společnosti pomocí ukazatelů rentability, likvidity a finanční stability. V této fázi budou jednotlivé hodnoty ukazatelů popsané, a dokonce většina z nich nám bude sloužit i k výpočtům vnitřní hodnoty akcie. Výsledkem dané práce by mělo být stanovení vnitřní ceny titulu, srovnání s aktuálním tržním kurzem a z toho odvození investičního doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko stock, which is traded on the Prague Stock Exchange, from the point of view of the fundamental model. In three chapters of this paper the company`s shares will be analysed from three levels of fundamental analysis (global economic, industry and company), and the achieved results will be described and evaluated at the end of each level. The financial analysis of the company will be carried out using indicators of profitability, liquidity and financial stability as a part of the last third chapter. At this stage, individual values for the indicators will be described, and most of them will also serve to calculate the intrinsic value of the share. The result of the bachelor thesis should be to determine the internal price of the title, compare it with the current market rate, and make the investment recommendation. |
