| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení pracovníků, konkrétně sestavení analýzy či návrhu hodnocení pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretic-ká a zabývá se základními a známými poznatky v oblasti hodnocení pracovníků a dal-šími logicky navazujícími souvislostmi. Druhá, podstatnější část této práce, je praktická, kde je již hodnocení pracovníků zkoumáno přímo v aplikaci na konkrétní firmu. Sou-částí praktické části je také dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění vlastních názorů pracovníků na tuto problematiku a zanalyzování aktuální situace v podniku v oblasti hodnocení pracovníků. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy řešení hodnocení pracovníků na základě těchto zjištěných výsledků uvedených v praktické části práce a zanalyzování současné situace systému hodnocení ve firmě. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the employees, namely the preparation of the analysis or proposal of the evaluation of the employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with basic and familiar knowledge in the field of staff evaluation and other logically connected contexts. The second, more substantial part of this work is practical where the assessment of workers is already examined directly in the application for a specific company. Part of the practical part is also a questionnaire survey, which aims to find out the employees' own opinions on this issue and to analyze the current situation in the company in the field of evaluation of workers. At the end of the thesis are presented their own proposals for the solution of the employees based on these results found in the practical part of the thesis and the analysis of the current situation of the evaluation system in the company. |
