| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou time managementu v práci manažerů bankovní instituce ČSOB, a. s. v regionu Západní Čechy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to na část teoreticko-metodologickou a empirický výzkum za použití dotazníkového šetření v kombinaci s řízeným rozhovorem. První část práce zachycuje teoretické ukotvení daného tématu včetně metodiky sběru dat. V druhé části práce je krátce představena analyzovaná společnost včetně výběru respondentů a proveden samotný výzkum. Hlavním cílem práce je sumarizace základních poznatků z oblasti time managementu a jejich následná aplikace na prostřední zvolené organizace za účelem identifikace hlavních nedostatků v oblasti řízení času. Dílčím cílem práce je formulace vlastních námětů a doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení time managementu v analyzované instituci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis applies to issues and methods of time management at work of ČSOB, a.s. managers in western area of the Czech Republic. The thesis is devided into two basic parts. First part is theoretical and methodological, second part contains of impractical research using questionnaires investigation and controlled conversation. First part of the thesis describes theoretical anchoring of the topic including methods of gathering data. Second part shortly introduces particular company and chosen respondents and carry the research itself. The thesis is summarizing basic knowledge of time management and its use in chosen field. The main aim is uncovering deficiency at using all methods of efficient time management by chosen managers. The component aim is to express own suggestions and reccomendations, which could lead to improvement of ČSOB managers time management. |
