| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Finanční podpora sportu na municipální úrovni: Analýza pravidel a geneze jejich tvorby se zabývá koncepcí podpory sportu v České republice, jeho financováním a finanční podporou na municipální úrovni. Cílem této práce bylo na základě získaných poznatků provést analýzu financování sportu ve třech městech kraje Vysočina, a to v Třebíči, v Jihlavě a v Náměšti nad Oslavou a zjistit, zda existují pravidla pro rozdělení finančních prostředků plynoucích z městských rozpočtů na podporu sportu. Analýzou dokumentů jednotlivých měst a rozhovory s jejich zástupci bylo zjištěno, kolik procent z rozpočtu města plyne na podporu sportu. Pravidla pro jejich rozdělení jsou individuální v návaznosti na sport v konkrétním městě. Dílčí analýzy práce mohou sloužit např. jednotlivým městům jako podklad k dalším sportovním strategiím v návaznosti na zákon o podpoře sportu č. 115/2001 Sb. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis Financial support for sport at the municipal level: Analysis of the rules and genesis of their work deals with the concept of sport support in the Czech Republic, its financing and financial support at the municipal level. The aim of this work was to analyze the financing of sport in three towns in the Vysočina Region in Třebíč, Jihlava and Náměšť nad Oslavou and to find out whether there are rules for the allocation of funds from urban budgets to support sport. By analyzing the documents of individual cities and interviewing them, it was found out how many percent of the city budget goes to support the sport. The rules for their division are individual in relation to sport in a particular city. Partial analysis of the work can serve, for example, individual cities as a basis for other sports strategies following the Act on Sport Promotion No. 115/2001 Coll. |
