| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu konceptu kontinuálního vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci, jeho posouzení a definici bodů pro zlepšení a zefektivnění. Cílem práce je analýza potřeb a představ kontinuálního vzdělávání a následná doporučení. V první části výzkumné části analyzuji interní prostředí dané firmy, následně vyhodnocuji focus group, kterého se účastnili manažeři a vedoucí pracovníci, a následně vyhodnocuji dotazník, jehož respondenty tvoří samotní zaměstnanci dané společnosti. Práce analyzuje přístupy zainteresovaných skupin, vyhodnocuje je a přináší několik doporučení, které reagují na popsané problémy. Práce by měla odpovědným osobám v dané organizaci posloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení a zefektivnění aktuálního konceptu kontinuálního vzdělávání. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the analysis of the concept of continuous education in the selected organization, its assessment and the definition of points for improvement and efficiency. The aim of the thesis is to analyze needs and ideas of continuous education and follow-up recommendations. In the first part of the research section I analyze the internal environment of the company, then I evaluate the focus group, which was attended by the managers and managers, and then I evaluate the questionnaire, whose respondents are employees of the company. The work analyzes approaches of the interested groups, evaluates them and brings several recommendations that respond to the described problems. The work should serve as a basis for the responsible persons in the organization to improve and the current concept of continuous education. |
