| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá ERP systémy. Nejprve popisuje architekturu a jednotlivé komponenty ERP řešení. Jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky. Zmíněny jsou také možné výhody a nevýhody užití a srovnání jednotlivých dodavatelů. V další části je popsán světový a český trhy ERP. Z praktického hlediska práce je zaměřena na zkoumání průběhu procesu implementace ve vybraných společnostech a vlivu ERP na jednotlivé funkční oblasti podniku. V poslední části jsou shrnuty výsledky lirární rešerše a terénního výzkumu. Dále jsou také vymezeny možnosti zlepšení kvality ERP systémů z hlediska potřeb mezinárodních firem. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with ERP systems. First, it describes the architecture and individual components of ERP solutions. Basic concepts on this issue are explained. Additionally are mentioned the possible advantages and disadvantages of using ERP software and comparison of individual suppliers. The next part describes the global and czech ERP markets. From the practical point of view, the thesis focuses on the study of the process of implementation in selected companies and the influence of ERP on individual functional areas of the company. The last part summarizes the results of the literature review and the field research. Furthermore, the possibilities of improving the quality of ERP systems from the point of view of the needs of international companies are also defined. |
