| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza vývoje a dopadů suburbanizačního procesu v obci Šestajovice a obci Květnice. Na základě statistických údajů je v práci analyzován vývoj suburbánní výstavby v každé z obcí. Na podkladu odborné literatury a vlastního šetření jsou následně analyzovány ekonomické, sociální a environmentální dopady suburbanizace v každé z obcí a je provedena jejich vzájemná komparace. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že obec Květnice byla zasažena intenzivnějším suburbánním rozvojem než obec Šestajovice a dodnes čelí Květnice negativním dopadům suburbanizace vyšší měrou než Šestajovice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the course and the impacts of suburbanization in towns Šestajovice and Květnice. The analysis starts with a statistics description of the suburbanization process in both towns, then an analysis of economical, social, and environmental impacts of suburbanization in both towns is carried out. Finally a comparison between the suburbanization impacts in Šestajovice and those in Květnice is presented. The conclusion of the thesis is that the suburbanization process in Květnice has been of a larger magnitude than the one in Šestajovice, and still to this day the negative suburbanization impacts are more visible in Květnice than in Šestajovice. |
