| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat současnou podobu alokace místních veřejných statků v obcích Kunžak a Jarošov nad Nežárkou a na základě této analýzy s využitím relevantního teoretického zázemí navrhnout možné úpravy pro zvýšení efektivnosti alokace vybraných veřejných statků či služeb pro dané obce. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní poznatky z oblasti veřejného sektoru a veřejných statků a služeb. V praktické části je provedena komparativní analýza zabezpečení vybraných služeb oběma obcemi a vliv zvolené formy zabezpečení těchto služeb na nákladovou efektivnost. Z výsledků analýzy jsou sestaveny návrhy a doporučení, jež by mohly vést ke zlepšení stávající situace. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this work is to analyze the current form of allocation of local public goods in the municipalities of Kunžak and Jarošov nad Nežárkou. Based on this analysis, using the relevant theoretical background, propose possible modifications for increasing the efficiency of the allocation of selected public goods or services for these municipalities. The theoretical part defines the basic knowledge of the public sector and public goods and services. In the practical part is made a comparative analysis of the producing of selected services by both municipalities and the influence of the chosen form of producing of these services on cost effectiveness. The results of the analysis include proposals and recommendations that could improve the current situation. |
