| Abstract: | Hlavními cíli této práce jsou charakteristika poznatků v oblasti sestavování, sledování, vyhodnocování nákladů na jednotlivých střediscích a identifikace řízení nákladů jako nástroj dosažení finančních cílů podniku. Dále je pozornost věnována i přeúčtování výnosů a nákladů mezi středisky a vnitropodnikové ceně. V první části práce se zaobírám teoretickými poznatky v oblasti nákladů. Druhá část práce je věnována praktické analýze systému řízení nákladů v konkrétní společnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení společnosti pro zefektivnění procesu řízení nákladů na střediscích. |

| Abstract: | Main purpose of this thesis is characteristics of compiling, monitoring and assessing costs on individual cost centres and identifying cost management as an instrument for achieving company financial goals. Further, the thesis focuses on accounting of revenues and costs among cost centres and internal prices within the company. First part of the thesis is concerned with theoretical knowledge regarding costs; second part is concerned with practical analysis of cost management in a specific company. In the final part of the thesis, there are recommendations for the company to make cost management processes on individual cost centres efficient. |
