Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat a najít nebo dále rozvinout existující metody pro hodnocení kvality vysokoškolských institucí z pohledu různých zainteresovaných skupin s důrazem na percepci studentů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with quality management theory as an important part of management science. It analyses quality and its evaluation from different points of view of various stakeholders. The primary aim of the work is to analyse and find new or further develop existing methods for evaluating quality of higher education institutions from the stakeholders’ perspective, mainly focused on students. The purpose of the research is not only of academic interest, but it should also have an important practical meaning for the management of institutions offering higher education. |
