| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou společnosti Zentiva, k.s. na základě veřejně dostupných finančních výkazů a informací. V první části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické základy finanční analýzy, v druhé části je provedena finanční analýza společnosti Zentiva, k.s. spolu s charakteristikou společnosti a farmaceutického průmyslu. Třetí část práce porovnává společnost Zentiva s průměrem za odvětví a s vybranými konkurenty. Čtvrtá část se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Zentiva, k.s. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena finanční situace společnosti ve srovnání s jejími konkurenty a průměrem za odvětví farmaceutického průmyslu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis of Zentiva, k.s. based on publicly available financial statements and information. In the first part are theoretical foundations of financial analysis, the second part is the financial analysis of Zentiva, k.s. together with the characteristics of the company and the pharmaceutical industry. The third part compares Zentiva with the industry average and selected competitors. The fourth part deals with the strategic analysis of Zentiva, k.s. At the end of the thesis the financial situation of the company is compared with its competitors and the industry average for the pharmaceutical industry. |
