| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje metody, postupy a typy elektronické komunikace na br-něnském družstvu DRUŽBA, stavební bytové družstvo směrem k jejich zákazníkům, úřadům a dalším stakeholderům. Výsledky analýzy jsou propojeny na legislativní a administrativní prostředí, které má na elektronickou komunikaci vliv. Významné elektronické komunikace budou podloženy ekonomickými daty včetně nákladů, které jsou s komunikací úzce spojeny. Autor následně provede změnu procesů, za-vádí plnou elektronizaci dokumentů, odstraňuje veškerý neelektronický kontakt se stakeholdery a srovnává náklady před a po zavedení plné elektronické komunikace. Na základě výsledků analýzy dojde autor ke zhodnocení, které se soustředí na efek-tivitu práce, ekonomickou stránku a úskalí, která elektronická komunikace přináší. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis analyzes the methods, procedures and types of electronic communication on the Brno cooperative DRUŽBA, building housing cooperative towards their customers, administrative departments and other stakeholders. The results of the analysis are link to the legislative and administrative environment that influences electronic communication. Significant electronic communications will be supported by economic data including costs that are closely linked to communication. The author then performs a change in processes, initiates full electronization of documents, removes all non-electronic contact with stakeholders, and compares costs before and after the introduction of full electronic communications. Based on the results of the analysis, the author comes up with an assessment focusing on the efficiency of the work, the economic side and the pitfalls that electronic communication brings. |
