| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá investičními příležitostmi na P2P platformách. Analyzuje jejich vznik a vývoj i aktuální význam pro ekonomiku v lokálním i globálním měřítku. Práce se zaměřuje na P2P platformy z pohledu investora a pojednává o pro něj klíčových tématech, jako jsou věcná podstata odlišných typů platforem, možné prvky motivace pro investici a oblasti rizik specifických pro tento typ investic. Pohled investora je ilustrován analýzou dvou P2P platforem a jejich úvěrových portfolií. |

It analyzes their origins and development as well as the current importance for the economy in a local and global meaning. The thesis focuses on P2P platforms from an investor perspective and touches on key topics such as the substantive nature of different platform types, possible elements of investment incentives, and risk areas specific to this type of investment. The investor's perspective is illustrated by an analysis of two P2P platforms and their loan portfolios. |
