| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a komparaci politiky zaměstnanosti mezi státy Visegrádské skupiny v období 2004-2016. Do komparace jsou zahrnuty vybrané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a podpory v nezaměstnanosti jako součást pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní teorie související s pojmem ne-zaměstnanost a obecné vymezení politiky zaměstnanosti. V praktické části je nejprve analyzován vývoj na sledovaných trzích práce. Následně jsou analyzované jednotlivé politiky zaměstnanosti všech čtyř zemí. V závěrečné kapitole je provedena komparace mezi zeměmi. Česká republika z této komparace vychází pozitivně. Na základě této komparace jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the labour market policy between Visegrad Group countries in the period 2004-2016. The comparison in-cludes selected instruments of active labour market policy and unemployment benefits as part of the passive labour market policy. The theoretical part describes basic theories related to the concept of unemployment and the general definition of the labour market policy. In the practical part, at first is analyzed the development of labour markets. Sub-sequently, the labour market policies of all four countries are analyzed. The final chapter compares these policies. Czech Republic comes out positively from this comparison. Based on this comparison, conclusions and recommendations are drawn. |
