| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zabývající se vypracováním podnikatelského plánu v oblasti in-line rychlobruslení. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy a obecná doporučení pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu, jeho strukturou a obsahem jednotlivých kapitol. Praktická část pak vychází z té teoretické a aplikuje poznatky na sestavení plánu pro konkrétní projekt. Rozebírá podnikatelskou příležitost, stanovení cílů, klíčové osobnosti, marketingovou a obchodní strategii, finanční plán a analýzu rizik. Plán bude sloužit jako podklad pro strategická rozhodnutí při realizaci samotného projektu. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this master´s thesis is to create a business plan for a new internet shop specialized in selling equipment for inline speedskating. The thesis has two parts, the first being theoretical. This part is based on specialized literature and contains general principles and recomandations for compiling a business plan. It lists the structure and contents of each chapter of the plan. The second part is practical and applies the theory on a specifict project. The plan is mainly focused on the business opportunity, goals, target market, strategy and financial plan. The plan will serve as a base source for strategic decisions that the author will have to make while realizing the project. |
