| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je dobrovolnictví vysokoškolských studentů v České republice. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí dobrovolnictví, jeho typy a oblastmi, kde se s ním můžeme setkat. Zkoumá také motivace dobrovolníků, jejich postavení ve společnosti či působení v neziskových organizacích. Ukazuje možnosti, jak stanovit hodnotu dobrovolnické práce, a propojení dobrovolnictví a trhů práce. Praktická část vychází z dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Zjišťuje, zda se studenti věnují dobrovolnickým aktivitám, jaké jsou jejich motivace a postoje k dobrovolnictví a jaký je vztah mezi dobrovolnictvím a prací při studiu. Zaměřuje se i na studenty, kteří dobrovolníky nejsou, a zkoumá, co by je k dobrovolnictví přimělo. Podařilo se zjistit, že dobrovolnictví se věnuje více než třetina studentů, častěji pak ženy než muži. Ukázalo se, že nejméně dobrovolníků bylo mezi lidmi, kteří při studiu vůbec nepracovali. Motivací je pro studenty především dobrý pocit z pomoci ostatním a smysluplně strávený volný čas. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor´s thesis is volunteering of university students in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the definition of volunteering, its types and areas where we can meet it. It also investigates the motivation of volunteers, their position in society or their activities in non-profit organizations. It shows the possibilities to determine the value of volunteer work and the interconnection of volunteering and labor markets. Practical part of the thesis is based on data obtained through questionnaire survey. It ascertains whether students are engaged in volunteering activities, what their motivations and attitudes to volunteering are, and what is the relationship between volunteering and paid work. It also focuses on students who are not volunteers and is exploring what would make them volunteer. It has been found that more than a third of volunteers are involved in volunteering, more often women than men. It turned out that the least volunteers were among the people who did not work during the study. The motivation for students is to feel good about helping others and meaningfully spent their leisure time. |
