| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá sankčními ustanoveními ve vybraných daňových zákonech a možnostmi správce daně aplikovat je vůči daňovým subjektům. V posledních letech přibývají v daňových předpisech povinnosti daňových subjektů, za jejichž nesplnění jim hrozí sankce. Je tedy vhodné srovnat tyto nové sankce s již stávajícími. Cílem práce je tedy popsat vývoj sankcí v daňových zákonech. Popsán a rozebrán bude jejich vývoj od roku 1993 do současnosti a následně, tam kde je to možné, bude kvantifikována jejich výše. Popis je doplněn judikáty k vybraným ustanovením. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on sanctions in selected tax laws and opportunities of tax authorities to apply them towards taxpayers. In last few years was added more obligations into tax laws and taxpayer can be punished, if he doesn´t meet them. It is advisable to compare this new sanction with current sanctions. The goal of thesis is describe development of sanctions in tax laws. There will be described and analyzed its development since 1993 to the present and then, where it is possible, will be quantified its amount. Description is complete with case law. |
