| Abstract: | Cílem teto práce je popsat a na reálných datech vyzkoušet možné matematické modely pro odhad PD (pravděpodobnosti selhání), LGD (ztráty v případě selhání) a EAD (expozice v případě selhání). Kromě běžných modelů lineární a logistické regrese bude probrán model regresních stromů a Coxův model. V práci je nejprve stručně nastíněn princip kapitálové přiměřenosti podle Basel II. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé modely, které jsou nakonec aplikovány na reálná bankovní data. Navíc bude čtenář seznámen s Basel IV a jeho odlišností od Basel II. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the present work is to describe possible models for PD, LGD and EAD estimation and to test them on the real data. Besides common linear and logistic regression models will be describe the methods using regression trees and Cox model. This work first briefly outlines the principle of the capital requirement according to the Basel II. Then, individual methods are described and finally applied to the real banking data. Moreover, the reader will be introdused with Basel IV and its diffrence from Basel II. |
