| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a komparaci vývoje nezaměstnanosti a mezd v krajích České republiky v letech 2005 až 2016. Cílem práce je analýza vývoje obecné míry nezaměstnanosti a průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy ve všech krajích České republiky v letech 2005 až 2016. Cíle je rovněž komparovat vybrané kraje na základě specifikovaných hledisek.Teoretická část práce stručně charakterizuje hlavní teoretické přístupy k problematice nezaměstnanosti a mezd. Dále definuje nezaměstnanost, její příčiny, typy a náklady. Autorka vymezuje rigidity trhu práce a problematiku diskriminace v odměňování žen na trhu práce. V závěru této části popisuje základní ukazatele, které jsou v praktické část práce využity.V praktické části autorka nejprve analyzuje vývoj obecné míry nezaměstnanosti a průměrné hrubé měsíční mzdy. V rámci této části se ukazuje, že obecná míra nezaměstnanosti a průměrná hrubá měsíční mzda je v krajích rozdílná. Následuje komparace nezaměstnanosti a mezd vybraných krajů z hlediska pohlaví, věku, vzdělání a odvětví. V této části se ani jedna vyřčená hypotéza nepotvrdila. Nicméně se podařilo zachytit některé vývojové tendence, které autorka následně diskutovala. V závěru práce autorka diskutuje hlavní a dílčí výsledky práce. |

| Abstract: | In this Bachelor´s thesis is examined the development of unemployment and wages in the regions of the Czech Republic between 2005 and 2016. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the development of the unemployment rate and the average gross monthly wage in every region of the Czech Republic between 2005 and 2016. The aim is also to compare some of these regions by specified aspects.The theoretical part briefly characterizes the main theoretical approaches to the issue of unemployment and wages. It further defines unemployment, its causes, types, and costs. It explains the rigidities of the labor market and the problem of discrimination in the remuneration of women in the labor market. At the end of this section, the author describes the essential indicators that are used in the case study of the thesis.In the case study, the author first analyzes the development of general unemployment rate and average gross monthly wages in every region in the period 2005 – 2016. This section shows that the general unemployment rate and the average gross monthly wage are different in the regions. The following is the comparison of the unemployment and wages in selected regions concerning gender, age, education, and industry. None of the stated hypotheses were confirmed. Nevertheless, the author captured some developmental tendencies. At the end of the thesis, the author discusses the main and partial results of this thesis. |
