| Abstract: | Dle statistik má každý šestý pár v České republice problém s neplodností. Průměrný věk prvorodiček neustále roste a brzký zvrat v tomto trendu nelze prozatím očekávat. Evropa se nachází v demografickém přechodu, populace stárne.Práce analyzuje asistovanou reprodukci od roku 1989 do roku 2016. Věnuje se historickému vývoji center asistované reprodukce, samotných cyklů a počtu narozených dětí tímto způsobem. Rozebírá právní rámec asistované reprodukce a náklady spojenés touto léčbou. Ze statistických údajů hodnotí vliv asistované reprodukce na úhrnnou plodnost, přirozený přírůstek a reprodukční chování lidí. V závěrů srovnává stav asistované reprodukce v České republice se stavem v ostatních vybraných státech Evropské unie. |

| Abstract: | According to statistics, one out of every six couples in the Czech Republic has a problem with infertility. The average age of new parents is constantly growing and an early turnaround in this trend can not be expected for the time being. Europe is in a demographic transition, the population is aging. The thesis analyzes assisted reproduction between 1989 and 2016. It focuses on the historical development of assisted reproduction centers, the cycles and the number of children born in this way. It discusses the legal framework of assisted reproduction and the costs associated with this treatment. The effect of assisted reproduction on aggregate fertility, natural growth and reproductive behavior of humans is evaluated through statistical data. The conclusion compares the status of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic with other selected states of the European Union. |
