| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je popsat vztah fiskálně-monetárního mixu a hospodářského cyklu v případě japonské ekonomiky. Úvod teoretické části práce se zaměřuje na vymezení stěžejních pojmů týkajících se cyklického charakteru vývoje hospodářství včetně shrnutí hlavních teoretických přístupů kladoucích si za cíl vysvětlení tohoto fenoménu. Dále jsou v této části popsány jednotlivé nástroje fiskální a měnové politiky, jejichž využívání ovlivňuje vývoj hospodářství. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu vývoje relevantních veličin, identifikující příčiny vývoje japonské ekonomiky a rizika spojená s v současnosti uplatňovanou hospodářskou politikou. Zároveň je v této části provedena empirická analýza, jejímž cílem je identifikace směru působení popsaných politik ve vztahu k hospodářskému cyklu a dalším relevantním veličinám. V závěru práce jsou uvedena politicko-hospodářská doporučení mající ambici pozitivně ovlivnit výhled japonského hospodářství. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the presented diploma thesis is to describe the relation of the fiscal-monetary mix and the economic cycle in the case of the Japanese economy. The introduction of the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of key concepts concerning the cyclical character of economic development, including a summary of the main theoretical approaches aimed at explaining this phenomenon. In this part, individual instruments of fiscal and monetary policy influencing the development of the economy, are described. The practical part contains an analysis of the development of relevant components of the economy, identifying the causes of the the development of the Japanese economy and the risks associated with the current economic policy. At the same time, empirical analysis is conducted in this part, which aims at identifying the direction of the described policies in relation to the economic cycle and other relevant variables. At the end of the thesis are presented political-economic recommendations with the ambition to positively influence the outlook of the Japanese economy. |
