| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat právně institucionální a legislativní rámec v České republice a dalších vybraných státech a na základě této analýzy formulovat doporučení pro úpravu regulací. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika pána a správce, informační asymetrie, morálního hazardu a finanční gramotnosti. Praktická část sestává ze samotných rešerší a analýzy dat ze zemí: ČR, USA, Austrálie, Velká Británie, Německo, Evropská unie a Singapur.Na základě této analýzy byly odhadnuty dopady regulací, které jsou v současné době zaváděny v České Republice a byla formulována doporučení pro úpravu regulatorního prostředí do budoucnosti, která by měla vést ke zlepšení efektivnosti trhu finančního poradenství. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal institutional and legislative framework in the Czech Republic and other selected states and, on the basis of this analysis, to formulate recommendations for changes in regulation. In the theoretical part, the principal-agent problem, assymetry of information, moral hazard and financial literacy are approached. The practical part consists of research and data analysis from countries: Czech Republic, USA, Australia, Great Britain, Germany, European Union and Singapore.Based on this analysis, the impacts of the regulations currently taking place in the Czech Republic were assessed and recommendations for changes in the regulatory environment in the future were formulated in order to improve the efficiency of the financial advisory market. |
