| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro obchodní projekt s exotickými sladkostmi BonBonBox. Úkolem tohoto podnikatelského plánu je zjistit finanční náročnost projektu a ověřit si realizovatelnost a životaschopnost. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny všechny podstatné náležitosti, které by měl podnikatelský plán obsahovat. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, v níž se zabývám konkrétním podnikatelským záměrem na založení projektu BonBonBox. Kromě formálních náležitostí podnikatelského plánu jsou jeho součástí analýza konkurence, marketingová a obchodní strategie, finanční plán a predikce dlouhodobého vývoje projektu. V úplném závěru je projekt vyhodnocen. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for BonBonBox - exotic sweets project. The task of this business plan is to determine the financial cost of the project and to verify its feasibility and viability. The theoretical part contains all the essential elements that the business plan should contain. The theoretical part follows the practical part in which I deal with a specific business plan for the establishment of BonBonBox. In addition to the formal requirements of the business plan, it includes analysis of competition, marketing and business strategy, financial plan and prediction of long-term development of the project. In the end, the project is evaluated. |
