| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na problematiku sestavení první konsolidované účetní závěrky dle českých účetních předpisů. V první časti jsou stručně zmíněné změny zákona o účetnictví účinné od roku 2016, dále je vymezena úprava konsolidované účetní závěrky a konsolidační postupy u plné metody konsolidace. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze sestavení první konsolidované účetní závěrky na ilustrativním příkladu, přičemž ilustracích je uvážena rozvaha a výkaz zisku a ztráty, nikoliv kompletní účetní závěrka. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on preparation consolidated financial statements according to revised Czech accounting standards. The first part mentions revised law of accounting briefly, definition of consolidated financial statements, further specifies the consolidation of the consolidated financial statements and consolidation procedures for the full consolidation method. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the first consolidated financial statements on an illustrative example, while in the illustrations the balance sheet and the profit and loss account are considered, not the complete financial statements |
