| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému měření a řízení výkonnosti ve firmě poskytující ubytovací a wellness služby. Je členěna na teoretická východiska a aplikační část. Kapitola teoretická východiska vychází z odborné literatury vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu práce. Nejprve je definována výkonnost jako taková a následně ve vztahu k malým a středním podnikům. Dále jsou představeny poznatky týkající se systémů měření a řízení výkonnosti, z čeho se skládají, jaké jsou doporučení při jeho tvorbě, nástroje pro měření a další související skutečnosti. Následuje aplikační část, ve které je představena zkoumaná firma a popsán aktuální stav. Analyzovány jsou jednotlivé poskytované služby jak z pohledu výnosů, tak i souvztažných nákladů a dalších hodnotových veličin. Výsledkem je navržený systém měření a řízení výkonnosti, jehož kostru tvoří manažerská výsledovka skládající se primárně z finančních údajů, ale i údajů nefinančního charakteru. Z těchto údajů pak vychází navržené ukazatele pro měření a řízení výkonnosti konkrétní firmy. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the design of the performance measurement and management system (PMMS) in the company providing accommodation and wellness services. It is divided into the theoretical and the application part. The theoretical part is based on literature related to the chosen topic. First, performance is defined, knowledge about PMMS and recommendations for its creation are presented. Then in the application section, selected company is presented and the current status is described. Services are analyzed both in terms of sales, as well as the related costs. This results into suggested PMMS which is based on a contribution margin income statement. Included financial data as well as data non-financial are basis for suggested indicators securing measuring and managing the company’s performance. |
