| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výuky cestovního ruchu na obchodních akademiích. Cílem je analyzovat a porovnat pojetí zaměření cestovního ruchu na různých OA v ČR. Konkrétně se orientovat na výuku předmětu Technika cestovního ruchu na dvou OA a v rámci komparace navrhnout optimální řešení. Z hlediska struktury je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část.Teoretická část se zabývá kurikulárními dokumenty a zařazením cestovního ruchu do výuky. Ve výzkumné části se práce soustředí na porovnání ŠVP několika OA se zaměřením na cestovní ruch a následně analyzuje cíle, obsah, organizační formy a metody výuky, využívané učební pomůcky a didaktické prostředky na 2 konkrétních OA. Tato část je završena výsledky dotazníkového šetření učitelů předmětu Technika cestovního ruchu a studentů 3. ročníků na těchto školách. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on education of tourism on Business Academies. The aim is to analyse and compare the specialization on tourism in different Business Academies in the Czech Republic. The main object of this focus is a concrete school subject Technique of tourism educated in two Business Academies, comparison of the educational processes in these schools and suggestion of the optimal solution of education. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and research.The theoretical part deals with curricular documents and the proces of including the tourism into education. The research part concentrates on comparison of school educational documents in a few Business Academies (that offer specialization on tourism) and then focuses on didactic analyses – based on goals, content, organizational forms and methods of education, usage of learning tools and technical equipment on 2 concrete Business Academies. This part concludes with the results of questionnaire filled in by the teachers of the subject Technique of tourism and also results of questionnaire filled in by students of 3rd grade in these Business Academies. |
