| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční gramotností a finančním vzděláváním v České republice a jejím cílem je analyzovat aktivity zvyšující finanční gramotnost. První kapitola přináší úvod do problematiky finanční gramotnosti (pojem, struktura, historie, atd.). Další kapitola analyzuje aktivity, jejichž účelem je zvýšit finanční gramotnost populace České republiky. Další kapitola je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu mezi učiteli a pedagogickými pracovníky. Následující kapitola shrnuje zjištění z vlastního výzkumu a přináší doporučení pro zvýšení efektivnosti procesu finančního vzdělávání. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with financial literacy and financial education in the Czech Republic and its aim is to analyze activities increasing financial literacy. The first chapter introduces the introduction to the issue of financial literacy concept, stuctura, listory, etc.). The next chapter analyzes activities aimed at increasing the financial literacy of the population of the Czech Republic. The next chapter is dedicated to self-study among teachers and pedagogical staff. The following chapter summarizes the findings from own research and provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the financial education process. |
