| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast externího a interního auditu v malých a středních podnicích. Představuje tyto podniky jako významný subjekt české ekonomiky, popisuje smysl, průběh auditu a poukazuje na možnosti interního auditu. Cílem práce je získat zkušenosti podniků s externím auditem a určit, zda se jedná pouze o zákonnou povinnost nebo i službu pomáhající společnostem. Současně byl zkoumán rozsah využívání interního auditu napříč podniky. Teoretická část práce vychází z dostupné aktuální literární rešerše. V praktické části je využit dotazník, rozhovory a analýza výročních zpráv. Výsledky ukázaly, že malé a střední podniky jsou obvykle s prací svých auditorů spokojeny a velice často jejich prostřednictvím využívají dalších služeb. Zástupci firem u auditora hledají především odbornost, profesionalitu a lidský přístup. Oblast interního auditu je podniky MSP využívána ve výrazně menší míře, přesto jsou jeho možnosti shledávány především v kontrole legislativních požadavků nebo kontrole řízení rizik. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis is focused on field internal and external audit in small and medium-sizes enterprices. It shows these companies as significant subjects in Czech economy. It shows reason, process and highlight potential of the intern audit. The goal of work is getting an information about experiences businesses and describe when is it only demanded by law or useful services for business. The research was also focused on the presence of intern audit. In practical part is used questionnaires, interviews and analyse of annuals reports. The result has shown that small and medium-sized enterprices are generally satisfied with auditors performance and using it for extended services. Businesses representatives looking for expertancy, professionality and humanity. Small and medium-sized enterprices are using intern audit in a limited amount. They are using intern audit mainly for compliance with the law and risk management. |
