| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku udržitelného rozvoje a jeho reportingu ve vybrané společnosti ÚJV Řež, a.s. V této práci je nejprve teoreticky vymezena oblast udržitelného rozvoje s důrazem na jeho měření a následné vykazování v rámci požadavků vybraných standardů. Poznatky z teoretické části jsou posléze využity v praktické části, kde autor nejprve zkoumá současný stav reporting zvolené společnosti, analyzuje jeho pozitiva a negativa a následně navrhuje jeho optimalizaci. |

| Abstract: | The master´s thesis is focused on the issues in the area of sustainable development and its reporting in the selected company ÚJV Řež, a.s. At first, the master’s thesis theoretically covers sustainable development with the emphasis on its measurement and reporting according to specific standards. Consequently, knowledge gained in the theoretical part is applied in the practical section, where the author analyses the current state of sustainability reporting in the selected company, analyses its positives and negatives and finally recommends its optimization. |
