| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny, která bude připojena k již existující tělocvičně. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit ziskovost a rizika, jež jsou se založením kavárny spojena. Teoretická část se zabývá tématem tvorby podnikatelských plánů a jejich pojetí v současnosti. Část je věnována podnikatelským modelům. Metodologická část vysvětluje výběr metod primárního výzkumu trhu a popisuje výběrový vzorek zkoumání. V praktické části je vypracován samotný podnikatelský plán včetně jeho zkrácené verze v podnikatelském modelu Lean Canvas. Dále obsahuje okomentované výsledky primárního výzkumu trhu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the compilation of a business plan for an establishment of a café which will be connected to an already existing gymnasium. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the profitability and risks associated with the establishment of the café. The theoretical part deals with a topic of creating business plans and concepts today. Part of it deals with business models. The methodological part explains the selection of methods of primary market research and describes a sample of the research. In the practical part the business plan is elaborated upon, including its shortened version in the business model Lean Canvas. It also contains comments on the results of the primary market research. |
