| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je problematika oceňování mladých společností, start-upů, v odvětví průmyslu 4.0 jakožto podkladu pro investiční rozhodnutí. Za tímto účelem bude vytvořena analýza a komparace dostupných výzkumů věnujících se faktorům ovlivňujících rozhodování investorů v prvním stupni životního cyklu start-upu. Následně se bude práce věnovat oceňovacím metodám pro ocenění start-upů v druhém stupni životního cyklu. Tyto metody budou komparovány dle faktorů ovlivňujících jejich využitelnost pro start-upy v odvětví průmyslu 4.0. Poslední částí práce bude využití teoreticky získaných poznatků na příkladu společnosti Kiwi.com s.r.o., kdy bude vytvořeno zpětné ocenění a analýza společnosti dle faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodování investorů k datům skutečného prvního a druhého investičního kola tohoto technologického start-upu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of master´s this thesis is the issue of valuation of young companies, start-ups, in Industry 4.0 as a basis for investment decisions. For this purpose an analysis and comparison of available researchs of the factors influencing investor decision-making in the first stage of the start-up lifecycle will be developed. Subsequently, the the master´s thesis will focus on the valuation methods for the start-ups in the second stage of the life cycle. These methods will be compared according to the factors that affect their usability for startups in Industry 4.0. The last part of this is the use of the obtained theoretical knowledge on the example of Kiwi.com s.r.o., where the retrospective evaluation and analysis of the company will be made according to the factors influencing the decision making of investors on the dates of the actual first and second investment round of this technological start-up. |
