| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je za pomoci metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování za rizika vyřešit konkrétní rozhodovací problém, tj. výběr vhodné lokality pro nové zázemí ASO Dukla vodního slalomu. Teoretická část popisuje dílčí etapy rozhodovacího procesu. Dle těchto poznatků bylo následně postupováno v praktické části. Veškeré fáze, počínajíc analýzou problému a stanovením cílů, přes výběr kritérií, stanovení vah kritérií, tvorbu variant, určení jejich dopadů, analýzou potenciálních hrozeb a příležitostí, stanovení významnosti jednotlivých rizikových faktorů a jejich pravděpodobností možného nastání, až po vyhodnocení dílčích variant, jsou popsány vzhledem k použitým metodám. Za pomocí daných metod a nástrojů vícekriteriálního rozhodování byla doporučena varianta k realizaci. Přínosem diplomové práce je doporučení k výběru vhodné varianty pro nové zázemí klubu ASO Dukla vodního slalomu a zároveň poskytuje informace k rizikům a příležitostem spojenými s danou variantou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to solve the specific decision-making problem with the help of multi-criteria decision-making methods, i.e. a selection of a suitable location for the new ASO Dukla water slalom. The theoretical part describes the partial stages of the decision making process. According to these findings, the practical part was followed. All phases such as starting with problem analysis and goal setting, through selection of criteria, weighting of criteria, creation of variants, determination of their impacts, analysis of potential threats and opportunities, determination of significance of individual risk factors and their possible occurrence after evaluation of partial variants are described. Using the given methods and tools of multi-criteria decision-making, the optimal solution of the problem was chosen. The diploma thesis contributes to select a suitable alternative for ASO Dukla Water Slalom, and it also provides information about the risks and opportunities associated with the given variant. |
