| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivací generace Y, zejména v kontextu pracovního jednání. K této problematice přistupuji použitím kombinace klasických nadčasových teorií spolu se současnými poznatky zaměřenými především na generaci Y. Cílem této práce je analýza generace Y, zjištění a popis tendencí a odlišností její motivace. Mezi cíle práce dále patří zkoumání důležitosti faktorů ovlivňujících její motivaci, především z pohledu Herzbergovy dvoufaktorové teorie motivace a novodobých motivačních prvků dle D. Pinka. Posledním cílem je poznání motivačního profilu generace Y. Hlavním prostředkem k dosažení těchto cílů je kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V praktické části se poté zaměřuji na interpretaci výsledků svého výzkumu za účelem potvrzení či vyvrácení dosavadních poznatků ohledně motivace generace Y, k čemuž jsem také sestavil sedm hypotéz, které budu ověřovat. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is concerned with motivation of generation Y, especially motivation of work. My approach to this topic is combination of classic theories together with actual findings concentrated mostly on generation Y. Goal of this work is analysis of generation Y, description of their tendencies and differences with its motivation. Another goal is exploration of important factors influencing motivation, mostly by the point of view of theory by F. Herzberg and D. Pink. Last goal is recognition of generation Y motivational profile. As a method, I will use quantitative research with written form. Application part is focused on interpretation of my own research results. Goal is to confirm or refuse present findings about generation Y motivation. I set seven hypothesis, which I will verify. |
