| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na podnikatelskou příležitost ve formě online platformy TeaPea v oblasti food industry. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza dané podnikatelské příležitosti a vytvoření podnikatelského plánu včetně popisu potřebných aktivit a zdrojů, ověření životaschopnosti a kalkulace finanční výkonnosti projektu. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou stěžejních částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část zahrnuje teoretické ukotvení tématu v podobě definice základních pojmů dané tématiky a popisu struktury, náležitostí a účelu podnikatelského plánu. Součástí teoretické části je také popis jednotlivých kroků k založení podnikání. Navazující praktickou část již tvoří konkrétní podnikatelský plán sestavený pro projekt online platformy v oblasti food industry. Podnikatelský plán tvoří všechny důležité náležitosti za účelem zhodnocení realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti daného podnikatelského záměru zaměřeného na zprostředkování kulinářských zážitků z celého světa. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on a business opportunity in the form of an online platform TeaPea in the food industry. The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze the business opportunity and to create a business plan including description of core activities and resources, verification of viability and calculation of the financial performance of the project. The diploma thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms and description of the structure, requirements and purpose of the business plan. Part of the theoretical part is also a description of the individual steps towards establishing a business. The following practical part is already a concrete business plan compiled for the online platform in the food industry. The business plan provides all the essential features to evaluate the feasibility and viability of a business plan aimed at providing culinary experiences from around the world. |
