| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelské plánu pro realizaci chiropraktické kliniky na předměstí Prahy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části seznamuji čtenáře se základními pojmy týkajících se podnikání, dále charakteristikou chiropraktické služby, legislativou a strukturou podnikatelského plánu, jehož samotná realizace je předmětem části praktické. V praktické části je vypracován kompletní podnikatelský plán aplikovatelný na daný projekt. Největší důraz je kladen na legislativu, analýzu trhu, finanční plán a marketingový výzkum. Cílem této diplomové práce je posoudit veškeré aspekty úspěšného fungování chiropraktické kliniky na území České republiky. Dané výstupy by nám měly zodpovědět otázku ohledně realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti daného projektu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to demonstrate a business plan tailored for a Chiropractic clinic located in the suburbs of Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part includes the basic concepts of business, the characteristics and the structure of the business plan, basics about Chiropractic and the legislation. The practical part of the thesis deals with the business plan for the project itself. The greatest emphasis is put on the financial plan, legislation, marketing research and the market analysis. The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess all the main aspects of the successful operating the Chiropractic clinic in the Czech Republic. All the main outputs should answer the question about feasibility and viability of the project. |
