| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je sestavení kalkulace výrobních nákladů, která porovnává situaci na výrobní lince Toyota před a po zavedení standardizace práce. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, první z nich je zaměřena na finanční řízení podniku a druhá na filosofii štíhlé výroby. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizován sektor Automotive, ve kterém podniká firma Continental. Součástí jsou také základní informace o společnosti, její organizační struktura a nastavený systém zlepšovacích procesů. Finální linka Toyota je předmětem nákladové analýzy, nejprve je popsána situace před zavedením standardizace a průběh implementace standardizace. Následující část práce ukazuje přehled výrobních nákladů a výpočet ziskovosti, který je dále přiblížen více do detailu v nákladových oblastech, které mohou být ovlivněny optimalizací linky. V závěru práce se nachází srovnávací kalkulace před a po zavedení opatření, která dokazuje pozitivní efekt plynoucí z dodržování standardů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to compile a cost calculation that compares the situation on the Toyota production line before and after the standardization of work. The theoretical part is divided into two main parts, the first one is focused on financial management of the company and the other on the philosophy of lean production. The practical part is characterized firstly by the automotive sector in which Continental operates. It also includes basic information about the company, its organizational structure and its set of improvement processes. The final line is the subject of a cost analysis, where first of all describes the situation before the introduction of standardization and progress of implementation of standardization. The following part of the work shows an overview of production costs and a profitability calculation, which is further detailed in cost areas that may be affected by optimization of the line. At the end of the thesis, before and after calculations are available that demonstrates the positive effect of compliance with standards. |
