| Abstract: | Předmětem dané diplomové práce je popis, zhodnocení a analýza metod náboru a výběru zaměstnanců, používaných ve společnosti KEPM. Dalším cílem dané odborné práce je poskytnout společnosti KEPM přehledný výstup, který by pomohl přehodnotit stávající náborový systém a zavést nová opatření, která by přispěly ke zkvalitnění a zrychlení procesu náboru zaměstnanců. Díky tomu firma bude schopná snížit svoje výdaje, zmenšit fluktuací ve firmě a rozšířit škálu náborových aktivit. |

| Abstract: | The object of this diploma thesis is description, evaluation and analysis of recruitment methods used in KEPM company. The next object of this thesis is providing KEPM firm with well – arranged outcome, which will help organization to re – evaluate actual recruitment system and implement new measures. This should help to improve quality and speed – up recruitment process. Thanks to this, company will be able to decrease expenses and fluctuation and also extend the list of recruitment activities. |
