| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje kulturu argentinského tanga a zaměřuje se specificky na aktuální vývoj tohoto fenoménu zejména v kontextu Evropy. Systematizuje typy mezinárodních událostí a popisuje marketingovou komunikaci těchto eventů a její vývoj. Dále pak zkoumá současné preference účastníků ve srovnání s názory organizátorů i významných osobností globální tango komunity. Na základě motivačních kritérií, které zkoumaný vzorek cílové skupiny považuje za nejvýznamnější, definuje doporučení pro účinnou marketingovou komunikaci. Její význam dokládá ukázkami reálné komunikace. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aims to describe the culture of Argentinean tango and focuses specifically on contemporary progress of this phenomenon in European context predominantly. It sorts the international events and describes the marketing communication of these and its development. Further on it investigates the current attendant’s preferences in comparison with the opinion of the organizers and some important influencers of the global tango community. Based on the motivational criteria that are considered as the most important ones by the focus group, it designs a set of recommendations for efficient marketing communication. Its importance is supported by examples of actual communication. |
